Will the AI say something wrong to my customers?
It only answers from the information you approve: prices, hours, policies, your tone. When it isn’t sure, or a customer asks for a person, it says so and passes the chat to you. We review its conversations every month.
Do I need a new phone number?
Usually not. We connect the assistant to your WhatsApp Business number and you can still reply yourself at any time. In the check-up we confirm what your setup needs.
Is there a long contract?
No. Monthly services run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Websites are a one-off build with an optional €29/month care plan.
What about my customers’ data?
We use established providers, set things up in accounts you own, and only connect what the job needs. You can switch any service off and keep your data.
Will I own my website and domain?
Yes. Your domain and hosting are set up in accounts you control. Once paid, you receive the website files and brief instructions. Third-party materials remain subject to their licences.
How can you be cheaper than other agencies?
AI does the slow parts: first drafts, translations, image edits, routine replies. A person still plans, checks and approves everything before it reaches your customers.

When you fill in our enquiry form you share your business name, your name, email and, optionally, phone and location, along with whatever you tell us about your needs. We use this only to reply to you and discuss your website — never for bulk marketing or sale to third parties.
The form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam) and your message is delivered through Cloudflare's services to our hello@shoremarkdigital.com mailbox, hosted on Google Workspace. These providers process your details only to make delivery work — they don't use them for their own purposes.
We keep your message for as long as needed to reply and, if we go on to work together, for the length of that engagement plus what our accounting/legal obligations require. You can ask to see, correct or have your details deleted by writing to hello@shoremarkdigital.com.
